The Stinky Cheeseman Of Montserrat!
Today we took a day tour to the Montserrat Monastery followed by a Cava tasting at a boutique winery.
We sampled some of the local cheese while we were at Montserrat. It was predominantly sheep and goat cheese, that smelt like old feet, but tasted divine! We bought a plain sheep cheese and one crusted with rosemary to bring back with us. As long as we pack it in with our dirty laundry, I don't think anyone will notice!
