Crafty practise . . .

Strange goings on at the pier late at night!  The boys had been practising for the RNLI raft race tomorrow and with the aid of a loadall were retrieving their craft under cover of darkness!  Seems to be the front of a car, complete with number plate, and a lot of propcorn barrels. . . .  I wished them well!

In other news: Orkney had a visit of the cruise liner the Queen Elizabeth today and seven coach loads came down to the craft shop.  Luckily I was only there for four of them, and the mainly Chinese tourists on coach number four, wouldn't budge from the bus as it was raining!!  Their guide came in and apologised and had a browse round herself, wondering what she was going to do with them to fill in the time till their next stop!  

More liners coming in on Sunday and Wednesday, so I hope it stays dry for them!
