The Bantam

This little Phut phut was for sale at an Autojumble today . It's a 1953/4 BSA Bantam 125 cc. I asked the stall holder what it was worth , and the answer was £1,500 . I can remember owning one like the as a 16 year old , and paying about £15 for it.
 The second photo shows a few other machines for sale, and a rather nice Frances Barnett 197cc  in green , price £2,000.
