River Rat Race Excel Centre London.

My first experience of one of these races. It involved 10k run and swimming, canoeing and jumping in the water and generally getting soaked. Also various walls to climb over one of which my chest hit rather hard, hoping for bruised and not cracked ribs in case it spoils my birthday surprise tomorrow organised by my wife. I will definitely do it again next year though ;)
