Scotland Forever

It has been Scotland Week in Peterhead this week, and although I didn't get a chance to go see any of the events, I did love these banners hanging up all over the city displaying Scottish and lots of Doric (the language of the North East) sayings and phrases.
I have never heard this one before though.
