This is the view from our friends' house. Sea in the background and lovely mist rising.

We drove to the north west coast and around the newly opened Tarkine Drive with lots of stops for short bush walks. Beautiful temperate rainforest and coastal views.

We had a soup, cheese, wine and BBQ sausages picnic and hardly saw another soul all day.

About 300km in all. They were forecasting terrible weather but it was pretty good, mainly overcast with the odd sun shower.

PS. I used Cymbeline's tip and tried out the Art setting on the new camera. Certainly brings out detail.
