After the festival

I got up fairly early, packed up my tent and was in my arm at 10am to leave the festival. Unfortunately it took 50 minutes just to get out of the car park (mostly due to everyone cutting in) and then another 50 minutes to get out of the festival site (which now looked like this). Not the best way to spend the morning after a festival. Then it took about two hours to drive home.

I met some friends back in Sussex and we went for a lovely late lunch at a country pub in the glorious sunshine. It made up for those hours stuck in my car.
