New building, open lot

I saw this when coming back from yesterday's photo. I don't know what it's going to be. This had been an open lot since around 2009, if Google Street View is to be believed.

I'll try to get something better tomorrow. I saw a building when researching in Street View that could be interesting. Yes, it'll be another building. I like buildings.
