It was the old canvas Canadian Broadcasting Corporation bag that first caught my attention as this somewhat oddly dressed chap  came around the corner.  (I took him for a street person).  His gait was uneven so it took me a couple of blocks to catch up to him..  Turns out that he was lucid and engaging and not "street" but perhaps pleasantly eccentric in his dress style.  See the extra for the more personal perspective.
