Jackson, MT

Drove home from Salt Lake through the Big Hole Valley. The little town of Jackson and Jackson Hot Springs is on this route. I see the hotel has reopened, the antique store/home is re-occupied and the Buffalo Gal Hat Company is going strong. Outside of Rosie's Cantina, the Jackson Hot Springs Lodge and cabins, that's about it. I've stayed in the cabins and soaked in the soothing hot spring pool in the lodge....niiice. The cabins are cozy log houses with hot and hotter running water. Not a good idea to close windows in the summer, but for a winter getaway, it's ok. Lots of bicyclists were here today.....taking in the high, lonesome beauty of the Big Hole.
