Beekse Bergen

A leisurely morning with a wee bit of rain, still warm though. I seem to have many horrendous beatie bits which were painful and troubling me.  Lots of colouring in was done by the girls.
We visited the safari park where i was cheered up by the amazing bus licking giraffe christened Brenda by Floss.  she then came over and had a good lick of our roof box.  We also did some monkey watching and saw lots of different animals.  Nelly got a new toy monkey from the shop.  Fact of the day too- deer do pointy poops.
Back at the campsite we went for a swim and Floss and Nelly regaled us with the poop in the kids pool that was dealt with with surprising nonchalance by the lifeguard.  No full pool evacuation as as is the custom her, instead a jobby bandy net to fish out the poop.
Bill BBQed for tea- my hands were really sore 'cos of my bites.  It was a wee bit colder and the girls entertained themselves with Dutch Guess Who.
