Down on the beach

A big day today,We had a Health and safety Committee Meeting first thing this morning, Then my performance review which went very well with some good future prospects,being involved in training, H&S Compliance and a few other bits and pieces and some more upskilling. Paddy my Boss said he has put my name down for a specialist course which is really good because he beat me to the gun: part of the review is where you have an opportunity to say what you think can make your job better or what the company can do to make your job better one of mine was about upskilling so as they say great minds think alike. I had Physio this afternoon and Trish asked me how I was doing and I said it does not look too good; I talked through the Ultra sound with Trish and she has already sent an urgent request to the Orthopod for a consultation and MRI and we agreed that treatment should be paused until after the Surgeon has seen me. After I went down to the Bay and walked along the sand it was like Spring, lots of dogs with their people and one was really friendly who belonged to a chap who had a Stroke 11 years ago, his dog was going to wear me out playing stickathon before he was going to get tired. I shot this directly into the evening sun and was happy with the result.
