Earthquake reminder

I visited this house today. In our February 2011 earthquake it was completely ripped off the crumbling concrete foundations and moved slightly sideways. Miraculously all plumbing and wiring stayed intact and the tenant has lived there continuously for the last four and a half years without issue. Eventually the house will be jacked up, a new foundation will be established and it will be lowered and tied.
