Crystal clear

Rather mixed day weather wise. Started with a visit to the osteopath for my shoulder and back. He's really pleased with the progress. Sadly he didn't see fit to warn me not to play swing ball with H in the garden. Ouch!!!
A visit to Rousse for H to have a swim this afternoon whilst C was out with a friend. The sea was absolutely crystal clear. Just beautiful.
