The aliens have landed

This poppy has just unfurled in this mornings sunshine and already the aliens have arrived to eat its face. Time for The Terminator to make an appearance methinks. Mrs DB prefers soap and water to remove them in case the stuff in the bottle marked 'Do not drink or rub on sensitive parts' might hurt them.

Sometimes I'm just left speechless. Like the other night when they were playing the 'Diamonds are Forever' theme music and I asked her what film it was from. She answered, "Goldfinger"?
