apricot jam

Made a kilo already last night and started another kilo this morning. The last lot set a little too much so I'm hoping today's jars are just right. Dad's friend, Lilly, gave us the apricots, picked from away up in the middle of nowhere!

Still boiling here! Looking forward to some rain - never thought I'd say that :) Love the heat though. And can't believe it's 23rd July already!!
