lost dog

Thought I'd lost Coquine this morning on a walk down to the Bordette River. Had Leo with me too and because he now can't see a thing, I couldn't let him off his lead so I could run and look for Coquine. I phoned our neighbour, Anthony, and he said he was on his way back from work but that he'd come straight away as soon as he got home. I was frantic! I was imagining ringing Pierre at work to tell him Coquine had gone!

Couldn't wait any longer for Anthony so phoned him again and he'd just got back to find Coquine at his front door! She'd run all the way home! The relief :)

This is my view later on in the day when I went back to the river for a dip.
