The Lebanese Bakery

Today I walked to a Lebanese bakery near the hospital. I had a very tasty Lebanese pizza and the lady in the shop put my base on this 'plate' which is called a Saj. There is a cooking temperature and a warming temperature. she kindly put on lots of bases to show it in full swing. I had yoghurt and vegetables on mine and it was delicious. All the bases have oregano on them and lots of people were buying the bases as a snack. For $4.50 this was an absolute bargain. Anyone with information about Sajs (or is it Sajes) please feel free to comment!
