Morning Swim

A long day yesterday and absolutely knackered by the time I hit the sack.

Woke up very early with work things going round my head. Rather than pointlessly try to get back to sleep I walked down onto the beach.

Folks were jogging along the beach, kayaking in the sea, swimming. And one chap was tidying up all the deck chairs strewn across the beach.

Even though it was just turning 6:30 am the sun was already starting to get hot so into the sea I went. A lovely swim in the Mediterranean sea. Lovely and warm.

A perfect half hour start to the day.

Then it was back for a shower, breakfast and off to work.

You know, I could get used to days starting like this.
