It feels much steeper....
.....when you're running up and down it!!
Normally at the end of a training session I feel energised and more awake than when I started, but tonight I could hardly drag one foot in front of the other.
There was skipping, there were ramp runs, there was 10rounds of interval training, there was so many roundhouse kicks I lost count - it was somewhere near 160!!
I'll sleep well tonight. Not sure my legs will work in the morning.
