Montbretia against a turquoise background

I took today's photo as a result of a suggestion by a fellow blipper.  It's a follow on from the Cosmos on a turquoise background - this time taken with a Panasonic macro lens rather than with the lens-baby.

My day started at 3.30am this morning with a call from mum - and I think I did manage a short sleep when I went back to bed, but I'm pretty whacked now.

Tai Chi this morning, then a chat with our district nurse and lunch with a friend (I missed our doctor, but didn't know she was coming, but my brother was able to let us know what she'd suggested.)
