Down memory lane

Jinxy has been for his makeover today so Mrs M and I have had four hours to ourselves.  As it was in the area we went off to an indoor  shopping area called "Darts Farm" which as well as a nice food area it also has branch of Cotswold Camping which kept me happy for a long while and upstairs there is an RSPB shop with a range of  telescopes  set up for public use to watch birds on a near by nature reserve.
Mean while outside there is a display of tents  which kept us occupied for another half hour. Years ago we used to go camping with the children where we went from small two men tents up to a large frame tent, which we could hardly lift, and ended you buying a caravan which we left on a site on Dartmoor.  Its amazing how much tents have come on, and the price to match. This one was £1100..

Just in time for lunch at Sidmouth Garden Centre and the boy was ready to pick up smelling very sweetly and for us to still be thinking of tents .
