Meet Tony . . . we used to work together and now he sets me cycling challenges and is a grand paceman to have alongside.
The circuit around the old railway at Rosedale took us 24.5 miles - including tearoom detour.
This is a view across the valley on top of the North York Moors. A grand day out ! Thanks Tony !
