Mexican Dinner

Emergency blip tonight. A very late day at work and long drive home.

Thank goodness for Don Miguel and Mrs. Renfro! Without them I might be eating cold cereal tonight for dinner. Don Miguel makes the best authentic tasting Mexican TV dinners and Mrs. Renfro makes the best green chile salsa and jalapeño peppers. Together they make a nice hot, quick dinner. Hot as in temperature and spiciness!!
