Out with the old

The dishwasher, not the dishes.  The dishes are definitely not going to be done away with.  I have very fond memories of having supper from these plates as a kid.  They had yellow mugs that went with them but they were all broken years ago.  I'm not sure how I've come to have the plates but I do have a few of them! 

Anyway, a few more days should see my tired and temperamental dishwasher replaced with a new, whizzy, quiet and reliable one :)  Mr owl will be very happy I'm sure.
