Early morning - Albir!

Just dropped Laura and James off for their early morning workout at a specialist chiropractic clinic in Albir (apparently it's all ropes and pulleys - might give it a go myself next week :) ). It's around 10 in the morning and my first two shots are left and right facing the beach - fabulous promenade for walkers, joggers, roller bladers but all clear just at the moment. Then a small group arrived to do Stand Up Paddle (SUP) - I watched the little dog belonging to the instructor clamber on board. The phrase "a man and his dog " comes to mind... Then they are all off and paddling - each in a different direction - oh well, he will soon have them in shape!
