Restore in progress

While I was oop North last month, Bella changed the passcode on her iPod touch. She rang me in a panic "Mum! I've changed my passcode and I can't remember it. How do I fix it?"

Long story short, it has taken a month and almost ended my love affair with Apple to fix it. Seems AVG Family Safety and iTunes are not compatible. But it took hours if googling and many failed "fixes" to discover this.

It also seems my laptop has yet another reprieve and I still do not need an iMac.
