I've worked in dozens of student unions over the years and this has to be one of the few bars left with a soul.

Too many have turned into Glass fronted Internet lounges or Starbucks.

I miss Oxtalls and the old Plug bar in Bath. Escape bar at UWE and the pool room at Worcester uni.

Progress I guess?

Spent the night chatting kids, cruise ships and old times at the Duke of York with Nick.

Must do that more often!
