Apple dappy

Another day off - really enjoying a break from work.

Did a bit of cleaning this morning, and then helped Charlotte with some of her craft stuff this afternoon. I also did a bit of baking.

We are avid viewers of Masterchef and the celebrity version is on at the moment. One of the recipes last week was Devonshire Apple Dappy and it looked and sounded so good that I decided to have a try. Found a recipe on line and this is the result. It certainly tasted good. 

Don't think I will ever be slim again, love my food too much!

Back to work tomorrow unfortunately but not too long now until our holiday
