Minerva

This figure of Minerva leaning on a pile of books is high up on a corner of a building close to York Minster. It is on a road once known as Bookbinders Alley, appropriate as there is a secondhand bookshop nearby. Naturally I had to have a look inside but (most unusually for me) I came out empty handed.
