Good Golly Miss Molly!

.....I think we're pretty much ready now. Cant quite believe it.
Hair cut & dyed for the first time in my life. Was a nice peaceful experience. It's exactly the same colour as usual but minus the grey, feels super.

Girls bridesmaids dresses finished and ready at last. I got them to model them this evening. The dresses look good, but the girls are so excited they can't sit still in them. Accessories on heads, Lots of noise and giddiness. (see blip)

Wedding rehearsal done. Still not entirely sure if I'll remember any of it on the day. I hope I say all the words right!

Our best man gave us some super news as we dropped him back after the rehearsal. He and his wife are expecting a baby. Thrilled for them as she's almost 40 and it took a while with their first child so I know they weren't sure they'd be blessed again.

I say OUR best man because Rob really is one of our favourite people. I grew up with him as he was in my brothers class at school and use to come over and play in the afternoons and holidays. We got on well and he was the first person I lived with (as friends) when I moved out. Our family just regard him as one of us, as he seems to have been there for all the important and not so important moments of my life. Weirdly, he lived on the same street as my aunty, played football with another close friend of ours and is also my 2nd cousin (although we didn't find that out until we were grown ups). He is the reason J and I met actually, they were work mates so Rob invited him over to our house one evening.... Ten years later, here we are.

So now ive waffled over all that, you can see why I am so pleased for him.
