Curl up

Well, I now have "Any item knitted from handspun yarn" ready to submit to the annual show. The Argent curl was fast and fun to knit. Blocking it was simple and straightforward and it now has a wonderful heft and drape to the fabric - I no longer feel that I had the wrong needle size and think that I actually got it spot on. Not so very happy about the way that a dark stripe has developed across the piece though.

The doily is developing well too. It seems overly ambitious to expect to see it on the Show bench but one never can tell...
