Southend Pier

Quick trip into Southend this  morning before it gets overrun with holidaymakers - although it now seems a popular place to visit for school parties as there was lots of 'little' people there today wearing their high-vis jackets so their teachers could keep track of them all!

Took this pic at the top of Pier Hill so you can see the Pier and also the Cliff Lift on the left hand side of the picture which is a sweet little way to get down to the front if you dont fancy walking it!

extra pics  - was all too much for some of the seagulls today too so snapped one having a little sit down waiting for the tide to come in!
