The Kettle

We bought a new singing kettle today. I have hunted for ages for one that we could use on the gas hob and the wood burner. So we were so pleased to find this cheerful red kettle. It will be well used.
Yay! There was no need to light the wood burner this evening as the new heat pump is ticking over very nicely and warming far more of the house than we had hoped. Of course Murphy's Law was in action and our fourth load of firewood was delivered this afternoon.
