Unpleasant underneath

My leaf is an illustration.

Be thankful I didn't blip the subject as I do have a very gory photo.

One of B's 3 wounds had a nasty infection festering under the dressing.
Thankfully, some friends at work persuaded me to get him to the doctor pronto.
The wound is now cleaned, swabbed, re-dressed, antibiotics have been prescribed and another appointment arranged.

Unpleasant underneath?
Now perhaps I need a leaf doctor.
