This is Sue.  There is little that she does not know about the first World War and its battlefields.

She has recently been on a visit to Flanders. She had very kindly  taken some wonderful pictures of the area where my great uncle had advanced with the 10th Battalion of the Essex Regiment towards the Germans across open ground on 22nd October 1917 at the battle for Poelcapelle.
