Day 1

I wouldn't say I'm massively into routine, but the summer holidays, minus our normal activities, are stretching out in front of us. But we made a good start today. A lovely trip to a new park, catching up with an old friend and her two children, then back to see another friend and her two. Plenty busy, plenty of fun.

A gain at slimming world... Deserved but annoyed sums that one up!
