Man of Iron
and fellow blipper Blackrodlad completed the UK Ironman in Bolton on Sunday - that is he swam 2.4-miles (3.86 km) cycled 112-mile (180.25 km) and then ran a marathon 26.2-mile (42.2 km) without a break. Job done Albert : )
