A triumph of hope over experience...

...that's what a British summer is...
Today I did the washing as the forecast was for an improving situation... It had been pegged out 10 minutes when it rained!
Roy put weed & feed on the lawn a day or two ago when it was due to rain... it stayed stubbornly dry! 
So today I was mostly pegging washing out while it got damp, and Roy was mostly watering the lawn while it rained...
And people wonder why we talk about the weather so much...
