Cake In A Mug

Daughter has a split shift today. When she came in she was craving cake. (I blame the weather).

As I hadn't baked and no-one was going to venture out again in the rain, she decided to try out her 'cake in a mug'. This was a Christmas present that hadn't been tested. It takes three minutes in the microwave and ideal for an emergency cake fix.

The result isn't great but it did the trick.
