Beck Side Iris

It was lovely and sunny when I finished work so decided to take Jasper for an early evening stroll along the local beck.

I wanted to see how the swans and signets were getting on as I hadn't seen them for a couple of weeks. We saw no sign of them so guess they have decamped to the local fish farm.

These irises were a nice surprise seeing them growing along the bank amongst all the high grass and weeds.
