Free as a bird!

I was pottering in the front garden when I heard a voice exclaim " Hello you old tart!" My France Dweller had arrived! The last time I had heard that exclamation was in the checkout queue in Waitrose, a hush fell, everyone froze and then looked in shock and horror at her and me and I swear a woman fainted in the dairy aisle! I'm surprised we were not escorted from the shop and banned for ever more!
Well - I gave her the biggest and longest hug imaginable and then the mammoth news exchange began over copious George Clooneys! We have 3 events planned so far - my favourite garden Tremanton,  a meal at the The Springer Spaniel, a  pub which is owned by  previous winner of Masterchef, and The Port Elliot Literary Festival!  Not forgetting The Bike Show will be arriving in Calstock for the weekend- Bikers, beer and music plus all the candy floss and doughnuts I can eat with a ginormous firework display!! Thats all we have planned so far - oh happy days! Oh happy Madchickenwoman!
