Through the looking glass

An evening walk along the Ruhr resulted in too many beautiful photos to chose from.

During the 90-minute stroll, drama unfolded before us, yielding some images full of a blazing orange orbit casting dark shadows across the rippled river, under angry-looking clouds - while others reflect vibrant blue skies and bright green foliage off a placid mirror. Mother Nature in all her glory.
