Bristol - European Green Capital 2015 - HA! HA!

I weep for the young of today and the people who have to clear up after them - Bristol at 9.30 am. today, a Sunday morning, looked like the aftermath of Glastonbury.  Knee deep litter and floating islands of the stuff in the harbour.  I know it was the Harbour Festival yesterday and today too but there wasn't a Council Workman in sight at that hour.  It was mostly cleared up by lunch time but this little pile was left on the pristine/just cleaned College Green by 4  girls who just got up and left at 6 this evening.
