Forest Stream

Beautiful morning run
9 miles across the forest
Too hot at times
On exposed heathland.
Very welcome shade in wooded parts
And forest streams looking inviting
Butterflies out- brimstone, speckled wood, comma
Horses out - 4 galloping straight for me at one point- scary
