Breakfast, Bikes & Bolton Abbey

Sunday just isn’t the same without breakfast at Stephania’s so we took Little Dog to the Ilkley Cake Boutique this morning.  We love the eggs menu and CJ adores Stephania and her homemade dog biscuits - everyone’s happy!

After buying a waterproof jacket earlier this year with a faulty pocket that unbelievably was not repairable, I went back to Go Outdoors and given they had nothing I liked with pit zips, I chose a variety of cycling paraphernalia to replace it.  

On the way home, I was drawn into the bike shops by some magnetic force - a less creaky, lighter bike is becoming exceedingly appealing.

I then took a cycle into the headwind to Bolton Abbey and back with the wind on my tail. I now feel the need for an evening filled with chocolate and cups of tea.
