Home Grown

Love-in-a-mist, sowed earlier in the year, are now in bloom in the garden.  I have tried to grow flowers I can cut and bring into the house; including those I can dry.  This is one of them. 

Today I pottered in the garden planting some new flowers and thinning out my chives to almost nothing as they have had rust.  Made a gingerbread cake this afternoon which is lovely and moist - its a good job I have put most of it in the freezer as it is very moreish!
