G&T! Bizarrely we crossed the border into Spain where they really showed us how to make a real G&T...the bottle was brought to the table (always a good sign), the substantial glass was already filled with ice, juniper berries (nice touch) and a long sliver of lemon rind, a huge slug of gin was poured over followed by the tonic water being poured down a swizzle stick. Dramatic, delicious, drunk! Viva L'Espagna!
