First Wedding Anniversay

A year ago today, Chloe and Darren were married on the beautiful island of St Vincent; they had chosen to return to their family roots for this especial day.  Today I had a fun afternoon posing them for portraits and, although it is a fluke that we settled on today, it is good to have something to record this special occasion.

Chloe and Darren proved to be excellent models and were happy to go along with whatever I suggested - including the blowing of bubbles; this simple activity takes us all back to out childhoods.

My lovely friend Christal allowed us to use her cottage garden which was perfect for such a beautiful summer's day.  It was a super afternoon.

My blip is late as we invited friends round for a BBQ - almost guaranteed to scupper the weather, but it held; the neighbours popped round for a drink too.  So a delightful day all round.  Warden duty tomorrow for me at Waddesdon Manor.
