The long and lovely trail

We started the day with a nine mile bike ride....then a gourmet breakfast served in a private dining room just for the six of us!
After a ferocious storm front swept through we headed for the lighthouse and had a lovely walk out to the end of the pier in my photo yesterday.   Sherman's ice cream was a great snack before we did some shopping.....then a quick lunch and back to the trail for another ride.....this time 11 miles.
The heat index was around 100..... three of us jumped in the pool.   We are waiting for another front to pass before heading out for dinner.
Such a wonderful day with wonderful friends at a truly great bed and breakfast......
